Return and or Refund Policy

We only offer returns on products fulfilled by 3rd party fulfillment centers if they allow it. No returns are accepted 7 days after products were delivered. Returns or refunds will be approved on a case-to-case basis. If you would like to start a claim please fill out the contact form on our site and we will try to get back to you within the next business day with the next steps.
Do you take special orders requests?

Not at this time. As everything new from Printful is as customized as possible and I plan on doing as many options as they offer so there is something for everyone!
Do you offer discounts for large quantities orders?

Most likey! if there is a item that you want to order a large quantities such a certain style of water bottle, please fill out the contact us form and I will look into it and offer you the best discount I can.
Why did my order get canceled?

This can usually happens if the vendor is no longer selling the items. Due to the size of the sites and vendors that we use. They can stop selling at anytime and we may not know until we put the order in for you. If this happens we will email you to either cancel the order or give a list of similar items to see if you would prefer a similar item instead.
Do you do any sales?

We will try to do sales as often as possible. Especially during Christmas and Black Friday.
When will you have more in stock locally?

As we get more orders I will be able to order more merchandise to keep on hand. Which will allow a lot faster shipping time.
Where do you stream or upload content?

I upload and or stream on Facebook, Twich, and YouTube! Please see the social links on the bottom of the pages and on my about to page on CC Listing
How do i join OCRP?

Please click on the OCRP logo on the bottom of the page and it will link you to the main forum page. It will let let you sign up and where you will go to fill out the appliacation when they open up.
How old do you have to be to join OCRP?

You have to be 18 years or older.
When do OCRP apps open?

Apps are currently closed at this time. I will update this website when they will open up and when they close when I know more information myself. Apps usually only open once a year.
