We only offer returns on products fulfilled by 3rd party fulfillment centers if they allow it. No returns are accepted 7 days after products were delivered. Returns or refunds will be approved on a case-to-case basis. If you would like to start a claim please fill out the contact form on our site and we will try to get back to you within the next business day with the next steps.
Not at this time. As everything new from Printful is as customized as possible and I plan on doing as many options as they offer so there is something for everyone!
Most likey! if there is a item that you want to order a large quantities such a certain style of water bottle, please fill out the contact us form and I will look into it and offer you the best discount I can.
This can usually happens if the vendor is no longer selling the items. Due to the size of the sites and vendors that we use. They can stop selling at anytime and we may not know until we put the order in for you. If this happens we will email you to either cancel the order or give a list of similar items to see if you would prefer a similar item instead.
We will try to do sales as often as possible. Especially during Christmas and Black Friday.
