What is your return policy
All sales are final for used and collectible items. Products are sold as-is in the condition described and shown in listings. We do our best to note any heavy or obvious damage in the description (e.g., "box creased," "loose figure," "disc scratches"), but due to our constantly rotating inventory and limitations with Square (which allows only one photo per listing), photos and descriptions may not capture every detail.
If you're concerned about condition, authenticity, completeness (e.g., missing accessories/manuals), or want additional photos/videos, please email us before purchasing at nightowlshopbuy@gmail.com. We'll happily provide more images or details to help you make an informed decision.
Returns or refunds are not accepted except in these limited cases:
Item not as described (e.g., major undisclosed damage, wrong item sent, or counterfeit when listed as authentic): Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. If verified, we'll arrange a return (you pay return shipping) and issue a full refund or replacement (if available) upon receipt and inspection.
Defective/damaged in transit: Rare, but if it arrives broken due to shipping (despite careful packaging), file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS) and notify us within 48 hours with photos. We'll assist with documentation and may offer a partial refund or replacement.
No returns for:
Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Minor cosmetic wear typical of used collectibles (e.g., light shelf wear, small scratches on cases/cartridges).
Items opened/removed from packaging (especially sealed collectibles like Funko Pops or figures).
Convention/Square in-person purchases (handled separately at the event—ask for details on-site).
We inspect items before shipping but can't guarantee perfect "mint" condition on pre-owned stock. Always ask questions upfront! Refunds (when approved) are processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the return.

How do you describe item condition?
We use clear terms like "New/Sealed," "Like New," "Good," "Fair," or note specifics (e.g., "box damage," "loose/no manual"). Due to Square's one-photo limit and fast inventory changes, we may not catch every minor flaw—email nightowlshopbuy@gmail.com for extra photos/videos before purchas
Can I return an item if I don't like it or change my mind?
No—due to the nature of used and collectible items (Funko Pops, retro games, anime figures, etc.), we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or personal preference. Please review descriptions, photos, and ask questions first.
What if the item arrives damaged from shipping?
Notify us within 48 hours with photos. We'll help file a carrier claim and work toward a resolution (e.g., partial refund or replacement if possible). We pack carefully, but transit issues can happen.
Do you offer returns or exchanges at conventions (Square sales)?
In-person convention purchases are final unless there's an immediate issue (e.g., wrong item handed over). We inspect on-site, but no post-event returns—ask any questions before paying!
How do I request more photos or details on an item?
We only sell authentic/licensed items and check for counterfeits/bootlegs before listing. If an item is later found inauthentic (very rare), contact us within 7 days for a full refund. No bootlegs accepted in buy-backs either.
