Welcome to our Buy-Back and Trade-In page! We're always looking to expand our inventory of collectibles, including Funko Pops, retro consoles and games, anime figures, and manga/anime media. If you have items you'd like to sell or trade, check out our guidelines below for what we're interested in and our payout rates.

What We're Interested In

We're primarily buying and trading the following categories:

• Funko Pops: Common figures, exclusives, vaulted editions, and grails.

• Retro Consoles & Games: Hardware like NES, SNES, GameCube, and games (especially rare or high-demand titles like Mario, Zelda, or RPGs).

• Anime Figures: Prize figures and scale figures.

• Manga & Anime Media: DVDs, Blu-rays, box sets, and out-of-print titles.

We prioritize items in good condition with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Our Buy-Back Pricing Guidelines

We target payouts of 30% to 60% of current market value, based on desirability, condition, and demand. We reference sources like Pop Price Guide (PPG) for Funko values and eBay/PriceCharting for games and consoles.

Funko Pops

• Common Figures: $1–$3 per Pop.

• Exclusives/Vaulted: 40–50% of PPG value.

• Grails ($100+): 50–60% of market value.

• Notes: Items must be in resale condition. We prefer anime genres, but may be interested in others if the majority are in this genre. 

Retro Consoles & Games

• Hardware (Consoles): 30–50% of resale price.

• Common Games: 20–30% for titles under $15.

• Rare/High-Demand Games: 50–60% for top titles (e.g., Mario series, Zelda, rare RPGs).

• Notes: We only buy working consoles that read and play games.

Anime Figures

• Prize Figures: $5–$10.

• Scale Figures: 40–50% of market value.

• Notes: We prefer unopened boxes, but may be interested in open boxes as well as no boxes figures depending on series, chararacters etc. 

Manga & Anime Media (DVD/Blu-ray)

• Standard DVDs: $1–$3 per disc.

• Blu-rays & Box Sets: 30–40% of resale price (up to 50% for out-of-print or limited editions).

• Manga Volumes: $1–$4 per volume (higher for out-of-print or high-demand series at 30–50% of market value).

Condition Notes: We pay less for items with box damage, missing manuals, loose cartridges, or other issues.

Other notes: We do not buy 18+ products at this time. You are welcome to bring them to conventions we are at to see if we are interested. We will only buy in person if we are.

Important Disclaimers & Policies

• Offers Are Estimates Only: All buy-back or trade-in offers are based on the information and photos you provide and are subject to change upon receipt and inspection of the actual items. We reserve the right to adjust, revise, or decline any offer based on condition, authenticity, completeness, or other factors discovered during evaluation.

• Right to Decline or Adjust Offers: We reserve the right to pass on any items or collections (in whole or in part) or offer less than standard buy-back/trade-in values for products that we determine are unlikely to sell or move at a reasonable pace in our current market. This includes overstocked, low-demand, or niche items.

• Shipping Responsibilities: For mail-in submissions, you (the seller) are responsible for all shipping costs to send items to us, including packaging and insurance if desired. Return shipping (if we decline to purchase) is also your responsibility unless we explicitly approve otherwise on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you of any decision and provide return instructions; unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

• Condition and Authenticity Requirements: Items must meet the standards outlined in each category (e.g., working condition for retro games/consoles, authentic/licensed for anime figures and merchandise). We may verify authenticity using industry tools and databases. Counterfeits, bootlegs, reproductions, fakes, or non-functional items will be declined.

• Category-Specific Notes:

  • Funko Pops: Boxes must be in resale-ready condition (no major damage, dents, creases, or tears) to qualify for in-box pricing; otherwise, out-of-box (loose) pricing applies.

  • Retro Consoles & Games: Must be fully functional and playable. We do not accept third-party reproductions, counterfeits, modified hardware, or unofficial/fake games/discs. Loose items without cases/manuals may receive reduced offers.

  • Anime Figures & Merchandise: Must be official/licensed products only—no bootlegs, counterfeits, reproductions, fan-made items, or AI-generated products (including art prints and other anime-related merchandise).

  • Manga & Anime Media (including DVDs/Blu-rays): 18+ rated content is accepted only for in-person submissions at conventions (reviewed on a case-by-case basis). Online/mail-in 18+ submissions may be declined or returned at your expense. All media must be authentic; no pirated or unauthorized copies.

• No Liability for Market Fluctuations: Market values can change rapidly. Any offer we provide is valid for a limited time (typically 7–14 days from issuance) and is not a guarantee of future pricing.

• Final Decisions: All purchase decisions are at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide reasons for declining items or adjusting offers beyond general condition/authenticity guidelines.

• Taxes and Fees: Any applicable taxes, payment processing fees, or other transaction costs are your responsibility where relevant.
